We will process your personal information only as a means to fulfil the above. We will not share any of your personal information without your consent or when required to do so by law
We will keep all paperwork in locked filing cabinets and all keys in a locked safe
Laptops and phones will be password-protected
When no longer needed, we will securely destroy all of your personal information using a professional confidential destruction service

How long is your personal information retained by us?

For as long as we provide services to you and then for a period of seven years afterwards to allow for any formal proceedings or regulatory requirements.
